I've worked in insurance since 2011 and was excited to open the doors to my Shepherdsville agency in 2013 and then Louisville in 2017. We strive to provide excellent customer service and to work with every customer to help them with their unique situation. We welcome customers to call or stop in to speak with us about auto insurance, home, life, ATV and other opportunities.I find it important to be involved in the community. I'm a member of the Bullitt County Chamber of Commerce, the Dixie Area Business Association and the South Louisville Business Association.Before settling in Kentucky, I lived in my native Iowa and Georgia. My wife and I settled here in Kentucky to be closer to my wife's family, which is from Louisville. It's also closer to my family in Iowa. In 1997, I graduated from the University of Iowa with my bachelor's degree in biology and received my teaching certification. After college, I taught high school in Iowa and Georgia. I feel my years of teaching have transferred over well to helping people with insurance. I love cheering on my alma mater, the Iowa Hawkeyes, but also enjoy rooting for Louisville and Kentucky. Last but certainly not least, I love spending time with my wife and our son. We enjoy traveling to Holland, Michigan, a few times each summer.As an Allstate representative, helping people who want to learn how to protect their families is important, and the fact that I'm able to share special moments with them gives me joy. My focus is on home, auto and life insurance, and I can help you prepare for retirement.
