Schany Tang

GUIDED by her commitment to always doing the right thing, realtor Schany Tang is focused on making dreams come true for buyers and sellers. Through years of experience and her dedication to honesty, professionalism and transparency, she has built a vast network of repeat clients and trusted colleagues. Over the years, Schany's buyers gained equity in their homes and called upon her to represent them when selling and moving up. Schany also specializes in assisting cash investors, guiding them through the process of acquiring properties that are on the auction block or ideal as rentals. By representing both buyers and sellers in these transactions, she takes on the responsibility of hiring and working with contractors, making sure every detail is perfect, and managing all payments. An expert in foreclosures and short sales, which require a longer process involving bank negotiations and approvals, Schany is also active in property management. She assists people relocating to Southern California by finding them rental properties and negotiating their leases. Originally from Taiwan, Schany is fluent in English, Portugese and Chinese. She has gained invaluable experience by growing up in Brasil, living for 10 years in Austria, and making America her HOME.
