Sarah Carrier practices product liability, mass tort, and commercial litigation with a focus on the areas of pharmaceutical and consumer products. Sarah represents companies in global, national, and transnational matters, including advising clients at all states of litigation and government enforcement actions. Sarah regularly serves on trial work up teams on behalf of product manufacturer clients and has experience arguing before state, federal, and bankruptcy courts. Prior to joining DLA Piper, Sarah was in-house counsel for a large retail corporation, where she managed lawsuits throughout the Northeast United States.
