I was born in the Bay Area and raised in New Mexico and Texas but always felt the call to return to the coast. Since moving to the Central Oregon Coast in 2018, I have learned about the different communities which enable me to provide insight and specific advice to my clients. When I am not working, I enjoy spending time with my family and traveling. I am also a certified personal trainer, nutrition coach, and Group Exercise instructor, and love to stay active.
