Sarah Lee Gartside focuses her practice on mergers and acquisitions, venture financings, corporate governance, and commercial contracting matters. Sarah represents companies and private equity funds in complex business transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, distressed M&A transactions, reorganizations, debt and equity financings, and other strategic transactions. In addition, Sarah assists clients with a variety of corporate governance matters. Sarah is a member of the Transactions Practice Group.
