I have over 15 years' experience in the Mortgage Industry with the last 10 years being spent as a Loan Originator for a high volume builder. Prior to that I was a Realtor so I have the foundation that allows me to understand the transaction from every angle. I was the winner of the 2013 Homebuilders Association Max Award for Mortgage Professional of the Year and was nominated in 2014 and 2015 as well. I sincerely believe that purchasing a home, whether it is your first or fifteenth is a monumental event. I enjoy getting to know my buyers and the reason that motivated them to purchase this home. Getting to know my customers helps me streamline a fairly complex process to prevent anyone from becoming overwhelmed or anxious while putting their financing in place. It is extremely important to me that at the end of the process my buyers feel as though they were well informed and that the many details involved were well managed by their mortgage team.
