I am a member of Kankakee-Iroquois-Ford Association of Realtors (KIFAR); and the Chicago area MLS, Midwest Real Estate Data (MRED); the IL Association of Realtors (IAR); and the National Association of Realtors (NAR). I have been involved with the local Association as past President 3 yrs, and a past member of the Multiple Listing Service Committee 4 yrs as well as past Treasurer for 1 yr. I currently serve as a Director of KIFAR and the Chairman of the Grievance Committee. I have experience in assisting clients with listing and selling residential, commercial and multifamily properties. I have been involved with buyers and sellers in the sale of farmland. A native of Iroquois County, I grew up on the family farm. The family's farming operation includes a Centennial Farm, one designated as having had ownership in the same family for 100 years. I have lived in Watseka since 1994. Prior to real estate, I spent 13 years in the banking industry, where I was involved in bank operations as office manager, and also worked with residential mortgages and commercial loans.
