Prior to becoming an agent, Sandra started her career in medical sales as a top producer and was eventually promoted to Director of Business Development. With her entrepreneurial spirit, she founded and eventually sold her own senior homecare company and went on to pursue a career in entertainment. After acting in over 100 commercials and print campaigns, Sandra discovered her passion for real estate while investing in and managing several short-term rental properties, achieving Airbnb Superhost status on top of her real estate license. Born in Berlin to a German father and Peruvian mother, Sandra has traveled all over the world. Her family moved to the United States when she was seven, and she grew up in Atlanta, Chicago, and San Diego before settling in Los Angeles for the last 15 years. Now in Orange County, she's excited to set down new roots and deepen her community impact through her organization, Compassion with Action, which sponsors orphaned children through real estate transactions and projects that include renovations to their living facilities.
