Samuel P. Moeller is licensed to practice law in both Arizona and Texas. Multi-talented, Sam attended Baylor University School of Law while working as a Registered Nurse on both the cardiac and geriatrics floors at Hillcrest Baptist Medical Center in Waco, Texas. Upon graduation in 2003, Sam received his Juris Doctorate (Doctor of Laws degree). Sam initially received his Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2000 from the University of Utah in Salt Lake City. Sam began the practice of law in Dallas, Texas, working for trial lawyers who focused their practice on the defense of liability lawsuits. He then focused his practice in advanced personal injury practice areas, including nursing home neglect, product liability and third-party casualty defense. Because Sam has lived in Mexico, he is fluent in Spanish, which helps the firm serve the needs of the Hispanic community in Phoenix and all of Arizona.
