I'm proud to call the Pacific Northwest home and serve my community as a local loan officer at Evergreen Home Loans. Born and raised in Bellingham, WA, I moved to Anacortes with my family a little over six years ago and have loved every minute of it. I'm passionate about positively impacting the community through homeownership. I've worked in the mortgage industry as a loan officer for six years after working as a REALTOR for five years. My extensive knowledge of home loans combined with my real estate knowledge is a great benefit--I can almost always work to find a solution for my customers. A particular specialty of mine is VA loans, including purchase loans to Interest Rate Reduction Refinance Loans (IRRRLs). Excellent communication is the number one experience I aim to provide for my customers. I think communication is key to any successful partnership, and I want my customers to know where we're at every step of the way and what to expect next so there aren't any surprises. It's incredibly important to me that their questions get answered in a timely manner and that they know my unwavering support. My profession is very fulfilling for many reasons. If I had to narrow it down, helping people successfully and confidently make one of their biggest financial choices with their earned trust is the most rewarding. It's hard to beat the feeling of sending my customers a "your loan just funded" email after working closely together almost every day to make their dreams come true. And I've been blessed with the best customers--many have turned into friends. Outside of my career, I'm a supportive wife to my husband, who's a firefighter in Anacortes, and a loving boy mom to my handsome boys that are 11 and 6. There aren't any dull moments!
