Sam is the Broker/Owner of Property Experts which is a full-service real estate, remodeling, and interior design firm. He is an active member of the National Association of Realtors, the Northeast Tennessee Association of Realtors, and the local MLS. Sam also has had over 20 years of real estate, remodeling, and interior design experience. Sam has spent much of his life remodeling homes and providing interior design services for his clients. Sam especially enjoys working with clients searching for homes and helping them visualize all of the possibilities of their potential new home. His design and remodeling background has helped hundreds of clients throughout the region
