He was friendly and responsive, but his legal consultation was inaccurate. He said that there were not Class action lawsuits in VA, but I found out that was not true. Useless.

Have spoken to him a few times over the phone - he does not seem to convey a feeling that he cares about a client's plight. Kind of a take it or leave it feeling comes across.

Mr. Scholar has frequently represented businesses and individuals in matters involving the I.R.S. as well as individuals and families concerned with Powers of Attorney and the rights of senior citizens. Mr. Scholar graduated in 1979 from Duke with a JD and received a Master of Laws in Taxation in 1985 from Georgetown Law Center. His solo practice has been in Falls Church,VA since 1990.
