Marketing, U of I Sage was born and raised in Moscow, ID, and he's very familiar with the benefits of living on and investing in the Palouse. As the son of Kane and Debra Francetich, who own and manage three multi-unit properties in Moscow, he became interested in property management, real estate investment analysis, and remodeling at a young age. Sage attended the local elementary, middle, and high schools, and graduated from the University of Idaho with his Bachelor's of Science in Marketing with an Entrepreneurship Emphasis in just 3 years. Sage is a commercial drone pilot and a big fan of Waldo! His knowledge of single family, multi-residential, and commercial investment markets alongside his cheerful demeanor and problem-solving skills make him a valuable asset to any investor, homeowner, or home buyer. A few of Sage's hobbies include travelling, cooking, soccer and homebrewing. He also enjoys hiking, camping and foraging local mushrooms. Sage is dedicated to his community, and serves as a Board Member of the United Way of Moscow/Latah County and as Board Secretary of Moscow Charter School.
