We never received a schedule of when certain documents would be needed. We were rushed multiple times as a result. We also sent a question that was never answered.

We found "the house" before we had figured out our financing. Ryan figured it out in time for us to make the offer and secure the new home. Then everything came through on the original closing date.

After serving as a personal banker with 1st Security Bank for three years, Ryan was promoted to his current loan officer position with 1st Security Bank Home Lending in 2012.
He began his mortgage industry career in 2002 at Mortgage Advocates in Beaverton, Oregon.
When his then future wife accepted a nursing position at Seattle’s Children’s Hospital, Ryan started working in retail banking as a senior client representative with First Mutual Bank. He later switched to a position as a loan coordinator after First Mutual was acquired by Washington Federal in 2008, and began his new job with 1st Security Bank the following year.
“I’m happy to return to the mortgage side of the business,” Ryan said. “We’re building a great, new team of experienced home lending professionals and we are able to offer the best service in the industry.”
Ryan and his wife live in Shoreline with their four children.
