While leading a successful retail management career for Costco Wholesale and Lowes Home Improvement, my faith-based values and genuine concern for the customer as an individual over the sale seemed misplaced. In late 2005 I made the decision to resign my position at Costco Wholesale in Lake in the Hills, IL and relocated my family to Monticello, IN to begin a career in real estate. Having grown up in nearby North Judson, IN (home of Fingerhut Bakery owned by my uncle Doug), my dad and I fished the lakes of Monticello often and, being blessed with a wife who shares my love of fishing, from not too distant Crown Point, IN, I spent a considerable amount of nights and weekends here in Monticello to the point that I began to not want to leave - and I will be happy to show you why! In the spring of 2019 and following my personal best year of sales with a successful local real estate company, my desire to serve the client over self in the best possible way led me to partner with a local real estate competitor and friend whom I respect and whom shares the same sense of purpose and integrity as myself. Together Michael Sims and I co-founded the Redlow Group, joining one of the world's leading real estate brands with the integrity that naturally flows from our faith and the philosophy that "our door is always open".
