He is consistently one of C&W's top brokers in the region and the top office broker in C&W's Oakland office. Ryan has been involved in over 20 million square feet of leases/sublease/investment sales in his career and is a trusted strategic real estate advisor to many of the Bay Area's most respected Tenants/Occupiers and Investors.Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Ryan was in corporate finance. An East Bay native, Ryan graduated from Pomona College where he majored in Economics, studied abroad in Spain and captained their NCAA football team. Ryan lives in Lafayette with his wife, Jana, their two children, two rescue cats and beloved dog. Ryan's passions are international travel with his family, trail running, fishing, golf, cooking and the ceramic arts.
