Raised in Lockport, I learned about Edward Jones from my father, who began his career with the firm in 1986. The knowledge and care he provided made a significant impact on my work, and I am forever grateful. I currently reside in Lockport with my wife, Ashley, and two children, Addison (11) and Cam (9).After graduating from Lockport Township High School, I attended the University of Missouri and graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts degree in finance and banking. In addition, I received my CFP® certification. The Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards Inc. awards CFP® certification to individuals who meet the board's requirements for professionalism in financial services. To gain certification, a financial advisor must pass the CFP® Certification Examination and the CFP Board's Fitness Standards for Candidates and Registrants, agree to abide by the CFP Board's Code of Ethics and Professional Responsibility and comply with the Financial Planning Practice Standards.For the past 17 years, I have been working with families and business owners, understanding what is most important to them and helping build personalized investment strategies. I have helped clients prepare for and enjoy their retirement years. I have also managed custom-built portfolios for multigenerational families and truly appreciate their trust and loyalty.I am very committed to the community as a volunteer for various groups, currently and formerly holding multiple board positions, as well as coaching youth sports. I am also a past president and member of the Rotary Club of Lockport.
