Russ practices primarily in the areas of Real Estate Law and Creditor Rights. He has a large corporate collections practice and frequently files foreclosure actions, mechanic's liens, judgment liens, wage garnishments, and other documents in an effort to stimulate payment quickly for his banking and corporate clients. Russ has extensive knowledge of the Fair Debt Collections Practices Act and of the intricate bankruptcy laws affecting the rights of creditors.
