Roy Spencer was originally born in Ireland and has lived in Florida and Texas but has called Jackson, TN home for over 30 years. He is the son of Roy & Maureen Spencer. Roy Sr. is a retired Master Chief in the US Navy and a retired Sergeant with the Madison County Sheriff's Dept. Maureen worked at Walker's Cleaners for several years.
