As a young father, I worked multiple jobs to keep our family whole, including grocery bagger, cashier, overnight stocker, door to door vacuum and coupon salesman, car salesman, to the most intense of all, a 911 police dispatcher. At 24 I started in real estate by flipping homes, I learned the value of an investment, how to find that investment and the importance of protecting that investment. With flipping came construction and all that comes with it, for example, building and safety codes, deadlines and most importantly attention to detail. That venture led me into my longtime career as a General Contractor. For over 10 years as a GC, I was involved in all types of construction in commercial, residential, civil and industrial that included ground up buildings from 400 sq. ft. to 20,000 sq. ft. plus renovations and remodels of all kinds. I have done work for the federal government, local municipalities, and private clients. I am currently working towards the prestigious designation of obtaining my CCIM Designation (Certified Commercial Investment Member). My overall life and work experiences have always been able to relate to my clients, and I believe to be an important factor in how clients and customers choose their real estate agent. I boast over 11 years of knowledge in all aspects of construction and real estate as well as personable life experiences that make me understand and relate to customers and clients of all walks of life.
