I was first introduced to Edward Jones as a client. It was through working with my Edward Jones financial advisor that I learned of the opportunity to use my background as a teacher in a different setting. My love of and passion for teaching others has transferred seamlessly to my position as a financial advisor. My greatest joy comes from learning what is important to my clients, building a personalized strategy for them and partnering with them throughout their lives. My purpose is to be a man who loves and serves others with integrity. My "why" (my reason for gratefully coming to work every day) is deeply personal and rooted in being intimately involved in working through family estate and legacy planning. It is my mission to make sure every client has an estate strategy that is personalized to their needs, wants and wishes. I'm not an estate planner and can't provide tax or legal advice, but I work with estate-planning attorneys and qualified tax advisors to help develop comprehensive estate and legacy plans.In my personal life, I enjoy spending time with my family, reading, walking the local trails with my wife and finding new locally owned restaurants to try. As a family, we enjoy traveling to the ocean and mountains and having meals together. My wife is a Pre-Employment Transitions Specialist with MIZZOU working with kids with disabilities on job skills. My son, his wife and my grandson, along with my daughter, all live locally. We support our parish church, St. Vincent de Paul Church in Cape Girardeau, Southeast Missouri Pets and Big Brothers Big Sisters of Eastern Missouri.
