Altho I have been licensed forever, it took a while to really find my niche. At first I only worked part time as I had small children. After the kids were pretty well grown, I began to specialize in new home sales with my own brokerage. That's always fun. From there I became an accredited buyer's representative (ABR). I began more pre-owned sales and joined a RE/MAX office. At RE/MAX I learned about selling homes on a short sale and selling HUD homes. I specialized in helping seller's of expired listings. Those were sellers who had unsuccessfully tried to sell their home with a competitor. That was quite a successful business until the bottom fell out of the real estate market. Now I am back on my own. My brokerage is called American Dream Real Estate. I work with a lot of first time home buyers and work hard to assist them every step of the way. I list single family homes and condos. Mainly I cover Garland , Rowlett, and Sachse, but am happy to go anywhere in the Dallas metroplex.
