Lots went wrong with my case. The technician who “snaked” the main pipe broke a part and didn’t fix it—instead, they sent me to the store to buy the $2.50 replacement myself. I had to call the office and ask them to come back and install it....

Avoid unless you enjoy being ripped off. Their prices are completely unreasonable. Charged $500 to change a shut off valve on toilet. Took him 30 minutes and $20 in parts. Then wanted another $500 to change a faulty float valve. I did it myself...

Technician Kenneth was knowledgeable, friendly and helpful with accessing our issue. It was a main plumbing pipe blockage that was caused by my grandson flushing a wash cloth down the toilet. 😶 would definitely recommend and use again.
