She currently works as the Operations Administrator for the Seattle Eastside shops, overseeing daily office functions and ensuring advisors are equipped with the tools, resources, and support needed for success. She is passionate about supporting agents and enjoys helping others grow and become the best versions of themselves. Outside of work, Roses enjoys cooking with her family and friends, binging new shows, and finding ways to improve her home's value.
