Ronald Allen Kerwood

Ron has over 4 decades of experience in the Real Estate and Mortgage industry. He obtained his Pennsylvania Real Estate License in 1975 and helped buyers and sellers with their home needs, gaining valuable experience in all aspects of the sale. The financing of Real Estate was an natural extension of his work and in 1984 he became a Loan Officer with The Kissel Co where he grew new territory in Lower Bucks County. He caught the eyes of his peers and was recruited by Margaretten & Co where he soared to 7th in the country for originations in 1990. He reached the 'Leader's Club' status each year he worked there. His entrepreneurial spirit led him to open Cornerstone Financial in 1991 which grew to become acquired by a competitor while Ron stayed on to run operations for PA, NJ and Delaware. His vast experience included work with lenders where he provided critical experience during periods of acquisitions and consolidations. He has spent much of his career helping borrowers understand the many options available to them and is a true professional in the loan origination industry.
