The company has been involved in both selling and managing Real Estate Owned (REO) and investment properties since 2007. Reaction Realty currently works directly with US BANK, OCWEN, GOODMAN & DEAN, First Preston and New Vista Asset Management, the latter of which, whom act as a third party servicer for Fannie Mae. In addition to providing high quality work for its clients, the company is designated as a small business minority enterprise by the Southern California Minority Business Development Council (SCMBDC).
