Ron Croushore

A graduate of Pennsylvania State University, Ron Croushore obtained his Pennsylvania Real Estate License early in his career and a Brokers License shortly thereafter. After a successful run as a sales associate, branch manager, vice-president and then president within its predecessor companies (Hammill-Quinlan Realty and then Merrill-Lynch Realty), Croushore became owner and CEO of Prudential Preferred Realty in 1991. Throughout this career, Croushore served in numerous leadership and committee positions within a broad range of professional, charitable, service and social organizations at local, state and national levels. Currently, Croushore is serving as the President of the Pennsylvania Association of Realtors(r), a member of the board of directors of the National Association of Realtors(r), and a member of the board of directors of the Pennsylvania Housing Finance Agency. In the past, Croushore has also served as President of the West Penn Multi-List Service and President of the Realtors(r) Association of Metropolitan Pittsburgh. In 2011, the Prudential Real Estate network awarded Croushore its "Broker of the Year" award for his leadership within real estate industry. In 2014, Croushore led his company in a brand transition from Prudential Preferred Realty to Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices The Preferred Realty. Croushore's company, Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices The Preferred Realty, is one of southwestern Pennsylvania's largest real estate companies and is continuously growing.
