General - Landscape Routine MaintenanceLandscape Routine Maintenance to include a maximum of 4 visits per calendarmonth and include the following services:Mow all common areas, entrances, office building area, ditches and all areaswithin property lines with exclusion of singular lots to be maintained by residents.1.Weed control spraying around mobile homes once per month (as needed) onvacant or property owned, with the exclusion of singular lots that are not to bemaintained by residents; as well as entrances, common areas and office buildingarea.2.Trimming/Edging of ditches, walkways/sidewalks, common areas, property lines,flower beds, office building areas.3.Litter removal with the exclusion of large/oversized items such as appliances,furniture items, scrap metal, building materials.4.5. Quarterly fertilizer treatment as needed, where needed to maintain flowerbeds.Pruning of bushes, shrubs, trees under 10 ft as needed to prevent overgrowthalong fences, buildings and/or walkways or entrances to office building area.6.UPGRADES/ADDITIONAL SERVICESUpgrades and/or Additional Services include, but are not limited to the followingservices:1.Planting and/or removal of seasonal flowers2.Mulching removal and/or installation3.Removal of dead or diseased trees, bushes, or other plant life.
