Prior to joining Coldwell Banker in 2015, Rodger spent 15 years in technology as an executive sales leader - building and growing world-class sales organizations for both prominent F1000 companies as well as innovative start-ups. With a family history in commercial properties, he parlayed that sales acumen into commercial real estate - working for 5 years in commercial property sales, leasing, and management.
