    Robin was on top of the entire process, even when we ran into problems he pushed right through and kept informed the entire time.

    We were not kept informed. We had to initiate the calls to find out the status. We were asked for paperwork which was not needed. The entire process was stressful due to the lack of communication we received. When voicing our concerns Mr Taber...
