Robert J. Fleming III is an Associate in the Sacramento and San Francisco offices of GSRM and is a member of the Product & General Liability Practice group. Early in the lifecycle of a matter, Robert identifies core issues and implements early exit strategies whenever possible. Robert is accomplished in motion practice and oral argument. He is well-versed in discovery and legal research. He is experienced in all aspects of case management including: depositions, law and motion, mediation, settlement and trial preparation.
