Robert Geiger

ROB GEIGER is the broker/owner of GT REALTY. Rob has a Pharm D. and was a pharmacist prior to going into real estate. Originally from Middletown, NJ he moved to Coral Springs, Florida with his parents as a child and made his way to Brevard County, FL as an adult to enjoy a much better quality of life. He enjoys living in Brevard County and takes a lot of pride in helping people find their own piece of paradise. And to insure that his clients are successful in their purchase or sales he applies the same principles he did as a pharmacist to real estate. It's crucial to be detailed and have a sense of urgency; for missing a single box on a contract or waiting too long to show a property could be the difference in getting the house or allowing another buyer to get the home. He's methodical throughout the entire process making sure everyone is keeping up to the terms of the contract. Rob has a calming way about him that helps ease the stress of buying or selling a home. CHRISTINA GEIGER is sales associate/founding member of GT REALTY - Christina is from Hannibal MO and moved to Florida in 1992. She has a Bachelor's in advertising design from Western Illinois University and over 25 years of marketing experience. She has very high standards when it comes to marketing properties. This includes professionally written descriptions and only quality photography and high gloss brochures. She also has a remodeling background, having been remodeling homes since the 90s. She's responsible for the design choices and doing a large portion of the work herself. In this business presentation is everything, with her design and remodeling background she can assure that her sellers homes will be presented in the best way and buyers benefit from her vision of being to see the possibilities of homes beyond what they are seeing in front of them.
