Certified RE Appraiser 1996. Registered Building Contractor 2004. State Certified Building Contractor 2013. Built Waddell Realty to 3 offices. 2 in Escambia County and 1 in Santa Rosa. After the Real Estate Crash of 2008-2010, we downsized to 1 office in Escambia county. I personally been employed in Real Estate in Florida for over 30 years.
