Robert J. Kull is a Vice-President, Treasurer, and Shareholder at Wood, Kull, Herschfus, Obee & Kull, P.C. He graduated from Michigan State University in 1993 with a Bachelor of Arts degree. Mr. Kull received his Juris Doctorate with high honors from the Detroit College of Law (DCL) at Michigan State University in 1996. Mr. Kull maintains a general practice with particular emphasis in real estate transactions and litigation, elder law including trusts, estate planning, and probate, as well as business litigation. His practice is specially tailored to meet the needs of real estate professionals and their clients in both transactions and defense litigation. Mr. Kull has been licensed as a Michigan real estate broker since 2001.Mr. Kull holds a Certificate of Completion and the Assurance of Extensive Training in Estate Planning and Probate Matters from the Michigan Institute for Continuing Legal Education and has attained a Preeminent (AV) rating by Martindale-Hubbell (lawyers.com), a 140 year-old nationally recognized publication which rates attorneys throughout the country. Mr. Kull represents buyers and sellers in commercial and residential sales, land acquisitions, leases, and condominium developments. Mr. Kull has also negotiated hospitality sales and multi-unit residential transactions ranging from $100,000 to $22 million.
