Robert Arone is a member of the Needham law firm Orsi, Arone, Rothenberg, Iannuzzi, & Turner, LLP. The firm provides a full range of legal services in the areas of estate planning, taxation, business law, real estate and litigation. Mr. Arone concentrates his practice in advising individuals in the areas of estate planning, taxation, and business law. Mr. Arone previously worked at a trust and estate boutique firm in Boston as an attorney in their Estate Planning Department. He also worked at Ernst and Young, LLP as a personal advisor in their Family Wealth Planning Group, concentrating in the areas of estate, financial and tax planning. Mr. Arone is a member of the Boston Estate Planning Council, the Boston Bar Association, and the Massachusetts Bar Association. Mr. Arone is also a Certified Public Accountant and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accounts and the Massachusetts Society of Certified Public Accountants where he served on the Personal Financial Planning committee. Mr Arone is a member of Wealth Counsel, LLC, the Advisors Forum, and Elder Counsel, National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (NAELA). Mr. Arone has previously been named a "Massachusetts Rising Star" by the publishers of Boston Magazine and Law and Politics magazine. The distinction, awarded to less than five percent (5%) of all Massachusetts lawyers, was based upon ballots cast by Massachusetts attorneys, asking them to identify the best lawyers, under the age of forty (40), whom they had personally observed in action. Mr. Arone has also been named a "Massachusetts Super Lawyer" over the last several years. Additionally, Mr. Arone was named a Five Star Wealth Manager in 2011 by Boston Magazine. Mr. Arone received a degree in Accounting ( Magna Cum Laude ) from Norwich University. He became a certified public accountant in 1993. He was awarded a Juris Doctor degree from Suffolk University School of Law and his LL. M. degree in Taxation from Boston University Law School in 2002.
