    Rob Boltin Born in Nashville and raised in Louisiana, Rob Boltin is a New Orleans based real estate agent and investor. After graduating from college, Rob headed to Los Angeles and managed to carve out a 20-year acting career in the film and television industry. While never really taking his eyes off the local real estate market, in 2003, he and a partner began investing in St. Tammany real estate. After the sub-prime mortgage collapse in 2008, he decided to move back to Louisiana and make real estate investing his full time career. While the real estate market recovered, Rob continued to work in the entertainment industry and officially got his real estate license. After years of working alongside a successful Northshore team and making a name for himself, Rob decided it was time to branch out and form his own real estate team, The Boltin Team. His broad knowledge of the real estate market, current conditions and trends equips his clients with the critical information to make informed decisions in today's ever changing market.
