Rob Murphy serves as Senior Managing Director, in Cushman & Wakefield'sProject & Development Services (PDS)platform organization. He is responsible for providing subject matter expertise, solution development and program enhancements in the areas of capital planning, staffing, technology and project management. Rob is a member of the PDS national leadership team with a focus on advancing the organizations PDS technology stack, Energy & Sustainability practices and refining service delivery across C&W's market and account teams. Additionally, Rob remains a member of the Cushman & Wakefield @ Google leadership organization as a consulting SME.Prior to his current role, Rob led the Space and PDS teams for Cushman & Wakefield @ Google in Sunnyvale, CA. He was a senior member of the account leadership team, accountable for the 2-in-a-box client relationship with Google's REWS organization. Rob's team was comprised of 200+ team members who delivered 20,000+ moves annually and the $240M+ annual Capital Plan. Previously, Rob served as the East Region PDS platform lead for Cushman & Wakefield's Global Occupier Services (GOS) business responsible for providing subject matter expertise, solution development (sales) and program enhancements in the areas of real estate development and project management. Rob has also held numerous account responsibilities for GOS accounts such as U.S. Bank, Realogy and Valvoline Instant Oil Change. His teams have included Transaction Managers, Development Managers, Assistant Project Managers and Construction Managers delivering full-cycle development services for corporate offices and ground-up locations throughout the United States. Rob has expertise in Entitlements & Zoning, Construction Management, Facilities Management and Property Management.Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Rob's professional experience includes time as CEO/Co-Founder of an outdoor-focused technology start-up where he spearheaded raising capital and securing partnerships with top brands in the outdoor industry. Rob had held positions as CIO of a top 50 medical billing and electronic health records company, Director of a commercial general contracting company and has worked with both regional and national property and facilities management firms in the Midwest and Washington, DC.
