How did I end up here?. In September of 2014, I began my real estate career. I had no idea what I as getting into, or even if it was what I wanted to spend the rest of my life doing. What a surprise I was in for! Two years later, I look back and laugh at the journey.I was the top agent in my company after my first full year in real estate. To date I have completed 35+ real estate transactions(and counting!). I am currently in the process of obtaining my Broker's license, and will(in February) become one of the youngest licensed real estate brokers in the State of Alabama. I still can't say what made me decide to get my real estate license, but I can't imagine doing anything else. I found my niche about a year into my life sentence(kidding), whenI stepped into the world of investment real estate. I currentlyassistboth large and small investors in finding, analyzing, and acquiring the best suited properties for their portfolio. Data analysis is undoubtedly one of my strengths, so crunching numbers to find the perfect property just came natural from day one. Though my "specialty" is investment real estate, I also assist families and individuals inthe processes of buying and selling owner occupied homes.Working with first time buyershas always been a soft spot of mine,so I definitely jump at the chance when I have the opportunity. I love what I do and I love helping people. I believe the process of purchasing or selling a home comes with enough stress and headaches. I was a 2011 graduate of Prattville High School, and attended Troy University for a year of undergraduate work beforerealizing I had no idea what career path I would take.I loved animals from a young age, and started riding horses at age 4. I started competing in barrel racingaround 10-11 years old and it has been my passion(more or less, lifestyle) ever since.I spend most of my free time riding, and still compete any timeI get the chance!
