The areas we serve include the Delaware River towns of Stockton, Frenchtown, New Hope and Washington Crossing and the surrounding farm, equine and residential communities of Hunterdon and Mercer counties in New Jersey and Bucks County, Pa. Owner Kim Ward Bacso established River Valley Realty in Lambertville in 2012 because she identified a strong need for engaged, informed agents who can provide knowledgeable guidance on issues specific to the different types of properties found in the Delaware River Valley. As an agent with more than 20 years of experience, Kim recognized an opportunity for an independently owned company to market unique properties in a way that is noticeably different from the corporate-owned models so prevalent in the real estate community. Fueled by high-performing, full-time agents and creative marketing programs, River Valley Realty has achieved solid success in a relatively short time and already has gained significant market share in many of the areas it serves. As River Valley Realty's office and agent roster grew, it became clear that buyers and sellers were eager to embrace a local, owner-operated real estate company. Indeed, Kim has earned considerable recognition as a hands-on owner who enjoys being directly involved in River Valley Realty's daily operations and in the communities her company serves. River Valley's Yardley office opened in 2014 to serve our New Jersey customers interested in moving out of state and to introduce our boutique services to the Pennsylvania market. In 2015, we added our commercial and property management team to further assist our clients. During autumn 2017, River Valley Realty celebrated its growing business by opening a new office in Flemington, expanding its reach into neighboring market areas.
