Rita Champion

Believe it or not, I was actually born and raised in Atlanta. I absolutely love this city, which is a feeling that is obviously shared by many, given its ever-increasing population. I grew up in historic Collier Heights and attended Frederick Douglas High School. I love the city of Atlanta so much that after graduating high school, I chose to obtain my post-secondary education from Georgia State University (GSU). While attending GSU, I started working for the Federal Government, Social Security Administration (SSA). I left SSA in 1986 and began working with the Department of Education, Office for Civil Rights as an Investigator until I retired in January of 2016. In anticipation of retirement, I obtained my Certified Residential Real Estate Appraiser classification in 2007 and began my second career, conducting residential appraisals. This is when I fell in love with real estate. Having appraised, purchased and sold properties in the Atlanta area, I have the necessary skills to assist my clients with managing all of their real estate procurements. I strive to ensure the following; (1) clients get the most value for their dollar, (2) clients buy or sell properties that align well with their needs and aspirations, (3) an open line of communication, and (4) the most stress free experience possible.
