With more than 30 years of experience as a matrimonial attorney, I focus on helping clients resolve their divorce and family issues through mediation, negotiation and Collaborative Practice. I believe that clients, with assistance from trained professionals, are in the best position to design durable settlements. Litigation is costly, draining and has a negative impact on the parties ability to co-parent their children. I make every effort to keep the dispute out of the court to save clients money and emotional distress. As an Accredited Professional Mediator, I work with couples in a private and confidential process that concludes in a Memorandum of Understanding. I also represent clients who are in mediation with another mediator. As a Collaborative Practitioner, I represent clients as part of a Team committed to resolving issues out of court.
