Real estate has been a part of Riina's life since the 1970's when her father opened his own Real Estate office in Babylon, NY. Dedicated to personal service was their mantra then, and it remains true today. Licensed in 1983, Riina worked two jobs like many New Yorkers and combined a career in financial services with real estate. Most recently, she was a Broker Associate at Friedrich Real Estate in New York. Riina's career in the financial world included working for Alex. Brown & Sons, Dillon Read and Morgan Stanley. Rounding out her resume, Riina was in marketing with the NASDAQ Stock Market for nearly nine years, working as the events manager at NASDAQ MarketSite in Times Square. She coached C-suite executives, celebrities and visiting dignitaries through the process of Ringing the Opening Bell, IPO listing day ceremonies and press events. Riina has a BA in Political Science from SUNY Stony Brook where she also studied linguistics and languages while learning how to connect with people from all over the globe. Beyond Sarasota and Babylon, NY, Riina has lived in New York City and Grapevine, TX. Riina's plan to have her most important people move to Florida was a success. Her BFF cousin and wife are here, as well as her parents, both sisters and BIL and nephews. Sarasota was a natural choice for Riina who loves art and the arts. Going to outdoor art festivals is her favorite thing to do, but Riina will also take you to her favorite beaches to show you why you should live here as well.
