Rick Creel

Rick has been living and working in the Highlands/Cashiers area since 1974. He has been very active in this community in setting up educational programs for area schools and serving as Co-chair for the areas Make-A-Wish Foundation. He currently serves as a volunteer for a Disaster Relief Committee and is called to assist across North America. Rick has a vast history and knowledge of the local area and its outdoor activities. He and his family have been hiking, mountain biking and snowboarding here since they first arrived. Rick also served in the local construction industry for over 27 years, working his own crew, before getting his Brokers License. Since then he has sought the certification as Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA), issued by the National Association of REALTORs.(r) This has proven of great benefit to both his Buyer and Seller clients in that the PSA Certification is specialized training to achieve better levels in finding a Fair Market Price, similar in aspect as to appraisals. Coupled with his knowledge and background of construction, Rick's clients can rest assured that he has their best interests in mind and he will offer the best guidance, support and opinion as to property conditions and pricing.
