Richard Rosen is a litigation associate based in the Firm's New York office. He supports clients in complex commercial litigation matters in federal, state and bankruptcy courts. Richard is also an active member of the Firm's pro bono practice.Richard earned his J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center, where he participated in the Appellate Litigation Clinic, representing a pro se prisoner as amicus counsel before the United States Court of Appeals for the District Columbia Circuit. During law school, Richard worked as a senior writing fellow at the Georgetown Law Writing Center, competed on the Appellate Advocacy Team, served as a notes editor for the Georgetown Law Technology Review Journal and was a law fellow for the first-year Legal Research and Writing course. He worked as a judicial intern for the Honorable Ketanji Brown Jackson for the United States District Court for the District of Columbia.Prior to attending law school, Richard worked as a senior litigation paralegal, and as a business partnership manager for the New York City Mayor's Office.
