Dick has also completed extensive training courses along with his wife qualifying them as certified relocation specialists and luxury property specialists. COMMITMENT TO COMMUNITY Dick is past Chairman of the Alliance for the Arts Board of Directors in Thousand Oaks where he served for 25 years. He is also past president and former 25 year board member of the Casa Pacifica Board of Directors. Casa Pacifica is a 22 acre public/private facility for abused and at risk youth and families in Ventura and Santa Barbara counties. Dick and his wife Terry have been residents of the Conejo Valley for over 30 years and have 5 grown children and 8 grandchildren.
