Richard started a career in real estate immediately after graduating from St. Joseph's University in 2014. With a degree in business administration and a focus on marketing, Richard understands what it takes to lead his clients diligently in a complex real estate market. Richard is constantly eager to help his clients without hesitation. He believes that punctuality, along with a positive attitude, always leads to success. Richard believes that building rapport with each individual client creates an enjoyable experience. He has worked in all aspects of the business; buying, selling, investing, and renting. Richard has deep roots in the Baltimore area. His mother was the administrator of Hopkins Brady Urological Institute for 30 years, and his father was a successful consignment store owner in Hampden for 20 years, alongside being a commercial and residential real estate investor. This in Richard's opinion, has fast-tracked his young real estate career thus far.
