Founder and President of Noble Realty, Richard Goldberg graduated from Syracuse University with a degree in Finance and Economics, became licensed, starting his real estate career in Manhattan in 1990 and founded the firm Noble Realty in 1992. Richard has had vast experience in Manhattan Real Estate, personally closing hundreds of sale and rental transactions. Additionally, Richard has been involved with real estate investment for his personal account, completing more than fifteen of his own personal property purchases that he had flipped or maintained as investment properties. As a result, Richard has extensive experience with investment analysis, renovation, 1031 Investment Property Exchanges, negotiating and closing transactions, building board packages as well as regular contact with all major building managements, throughout Manhattan. Richard is closely involved with all day-to-day operations of Noble Realty, maintaining hands on involvement with all transactions involving the company.
