Hey my name is Rich Hottinger, I was born and raised in Mahopac, NY and lived there for the first 16 years of my life. My family decided to move to the Palm Coast, FL in 1997 and we have been here ever since. My initial time in Palm Coast was focused on possibly playing golf as a career. I played on mini tours at a professional level around the south east, mainly in Florida & North Carolina. After about 4 years i had made the decision that playing golf to make a living was not the right fit for me and started to pursue other avenues.My Dad became a Realtor a few years after we moved to Palm Coast and had some experience in the field. He inspired me to go get my real estate license so back in 2007 I set out to make that a reality. After I got my license I started selling residential real estate in and around the Palm Coast area.
