Dr. Ricardo Espinosa was a college band director for 12 years, most recently at the Bob Cole Conservatory of Music at Long Beach State. He has conducted thousands of musician-scholars in venues across the country. His research on the conductor/performer relationship taught him empathy, and that the connections we make with the people around us is a necessary and hugely influential part of our lives. His experience buying and selling homes taught him a love for real estate and how it works. He is passionate about connecting with clients and seeing the joy this process can bring, especially as they navigate such important decisions for their lives. Born and raised in La Canada Flintridge, Ricardo enjoys spending time with his wife and two sons, in a home with warmth, love, and good food.
