Born and raised in Coconut Grove and having been introduced at an early age by his parents to multi-family investment properties and the acquisition of real estate in New York, Florida and the Dominican Republic he quickly gained a passion for the business of real estate. Ricardo was first licensed in 1992 and worked as an assistant to one of the most respected agents in Florida which provided him a solid foundation in the processes, systems and marketing necessary to achieve lasting success. Having also lived in England for 18 years, Ricardo had the opportunity to partner in the establishment of a real estate business and was an intricate part of introducing some of the innovative systems used in the USA which were unknown at the time in the UK. He also gained a considerable amount of knowledge when he worked exclusively with high-net worth individuals building their property portfolios.Key to what makes Ricardo so good at what he does besides his incredible diligence and resourcefulness is the personal approach he takes with his customers.
